A versatile legal professional with broad experience in general practice, providing tailored legal solutions in civil, criminal, family and administrative law. My academic journey commenced at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Zugdidi branch, where I pursued a Bachelor of Law program from 2005 to 2007. Continuing his studies, I obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from Zugdidi Independent University's Faculty of Business and Law in 2009. In 2011, I earn a master's degree in international and comparative law from the Faculty of Business and Law at the Independent University of Zugdidi. Demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence, I achieved a doctorate in international relations from the Faculty of Law and International Relations at the Technical University of Georgia in 2021. I accumulated diverse professional experience from 2008 to 2018 across private, non-governmental, and public sectors. Noteworthy positions include my role as the manager of the Zugdidi office of "Center Point Group" in 2008-2009 and tenure as a lawyer at A(a)ip "Hang" from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, I served as an intern at the legal firm "Juright" in 2010-2011 and contributed to the projects of the organization "Administrator of People in Need Georgia" and Association "Hang" project in Zugdidi in 2011-2012. my dedication extended to coordinating various projects, such as those with the American Embassy and Association "Hang" in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti in 2012-2013 and USAID Georgia and Association Hang project in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region in 2013-2014. Further, I played a key role as the coordinator of the "Social Protection League" project of A(A)IP in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti in 2013-2016 and was a member of the Coordination Council of Disabled Persons under the Prime Minister of Georgia from 2013 to 2014. I continued to contribute my expertise to the government, serving as an adviser to the Department of Analytical and EU Legislation Harmonization of the Parliamentary Secretary of the Government of Georgia from 2014 to 2017. my role evolved into that of a senior specialist in the Department of International Relations and Treaties of the Parliamentary Secretary of the Government of Georgia from 2017 to 2018. Recognized for my contributions, I holds the status of an academician of Davit Agmashenebeli and is a true member of the Academy of Social Sciences. On December 31, 2018, I was appointed Consultant to the President of Georgia on issues concerning persons with disabilities, a position I held until June 15, 2020, when I transitioned to serve as the President’s Adviser on disability affairs — a role I fulfilled with distinction until December 28, 2024.
